Love Unrequited
To My Love
I long to be held in your arms. To taste the sweetness of your lips. To smell the sent of your hair. To gaze deep in your eyes. to give you my sole. And mingle with yours. to kiss your neck and caress the small of your back. To perform the act of love with you. I would give the rest of my life. Just to say your name, when my hart explodes, I'm willing for that breath to be my last. You have been my dreams. Now that you exist you haunt my days. No act is to small
Or to grate for you to cross my thoughts. The depth of your eyes, your pale olive skin, the freckles on the bridge of your nose. The way I feel when your around. And the way I'm lost when your not. I long to love you. But I know you would destroy me. You are my blessing, not being with you is my curse.
The forgotten
For All Grandmothers... who we all know love unyielding.
Grandmother
What so wonderful a person is a Grandmother?
She, the woman who thinks of you the most, even before your birth.
Waiting with anticipation at your every arrival.
To hear the soft music of your breath, The uproarious laughter of your joy, And the amazement of your every adventure.
No one person holds a place in your heart as that of your grandmother.
She is at once your Cheerleader, Babysitter, Provider of grand adventures, Singer of songs, And the inspirer of the imagination.
No wrong could you do. No creation you make unlovely. No story you tell her ever boring. No idea ever hopeless. No desire ever unattainable.
She wishes for you the world, and she wishes you success.
But most of all
She wishes you love.
And all she ever asks in return is the same.
Oh, what so wonderful a woman is A Grandmother.
